Technicians
Invite technicians into a franchise you manage and set the sites they are assigned to. Assignment is a working preference, not a restriction — any technician in the franchise may record a visit at any of its sites.
- {{ l }}
A technician who has recorded visits is deactivated rather than deleted, so their signatures and attribution on published reports stay intact. Only an invitation that was never accepted can be removed outright.
Customer accounts
Invite a contact, choose which venues they can see, and set what they are emailed. There is no public registration — an invitation is the only way in, and the recipient chooses their own username and password.
- {{ l }}
Email is limited to invitations, account recovery and the clean-complete notifications set here. Everything operational stays on the dashboard. Revoking access is explicit — ex-customers keep their historical reports until it is withdrawn.
Franchises
CEO administration. Create a franchise, appoint or change its owner, transfer a site with its history, or close a franchise to new work.

Role switching in this prototype simulates sign-in only. It is not a security boundary; production enforces every check on the server.

Revisions
Correct {{ cr.id }}
{{ cr.who }} The original signed revision and the report issued from it are preserved. The customer sees the latest revision, clearly marked as corrected.

The server refuses the same request whether it arrives from this form, a guessed record ID or an export. Pick a franchise you are assigned to and the draft continues.
Equipment and cellar checks
No successful result is preselected. “Not available”, “not checked” and “not applicable” are kept as answers in their own right.

Owners maintain the survey. Technicians record suggested changes in visit notes rather than editing it. Service preferences are reference information, not a scheduler.

Estimated savings based on the site survey
Baseline quantities are stored separately from actual visit quantities. These figures are estimates from the survey, not savings measured from completed visits.
| Input | Baseline | Three-week saving | Annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| {{ row.k }} | {{ row.b }} | {{ row.w }} | {{ row.y }} |
{{ sd.savingsNote }} Baseline edits are audited; published reports keep the snapshot they were issued with.
Not available to your account
This site belongs to {{ deniedFr }}. Your account is a technician in Clear Brew Newcastle, so the record, its visit history, attachments and reports are all withheld.
In production this check runs on the server for every request, including files, exports and PDFs — a guessed record ID returns the same refusal.
